Located in the Rēzekne district, the Selena property is situated in the Kaunatas parish, specifically in Astici. This region is notable for its extensive network of small rivers and holds the highest concentration of lakes in Latvia. Among these is Lake Lubānas, the country's largest by surface area, which is home to a diverse array of flora and fauna. Nearby, Lake Rāzna—the largest in Latvia by water volume—serves as a hub for numerous local tourism operators. The area also features Lielais Liepa kalns, the third-highest peak in the nation, reaching an elevation of 289 meters.
