Hotel Casa Franco is an 11-room boutique hotel housed in the building built by Lieutenant Colonel Justo Franco (member of the Army of the East and Political Chief of the Teposcolula District at the time of the Porfiriato) in the mid-19th century. San Pedro and San Pablo Teposcolula was declared a "City of Historical Monuments" by the Government of the Mexican Republic in 1986.
